Customer Service Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally in a customer-facing environment
Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions
Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Promote products and services in an ethical and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and feedback

Participate in ongoing training in sales processes, communication, and leadership

Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Located in or able to work in North Carolina
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Preferred
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
