Responsibilities

Support debit network setups and merchant entitlement activities
Assist with bank sponsorship initiatives, including BIN and ICA setup
Document procedures and maintain operational workflows
Partner with internal teams on research, projects, and ad-hoc tasks
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
Perform manual debit processing and setup activities to support merchant migration initiatives
Support initial merchant onboarding and implementation, including debit configuration and entitlement setup
Work with debit networks and Mastercard-related processes to ensure accurate transaction enablement
Execute operational tasks related to debit processing, debit setup, and merchant movement
Collaborate with internal banking and operations teams to resolve issues impacting debit services
Track, document, and manage work items; ServiceNow experience is a plus
Maintain strong attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

Required

5+ years of experience in business operations, merchant onboarding, client implementation, or payment operations
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and DocuSign
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working under pressure on production-impacting issues
Strong team player with a proactive mindset

Preferred

Experience in Debit Processing, Debit Networks, or Mastercard-related operations
Background in Client or Merchant Implementation / Onboarding
Strong operational mindset with ability to handle manual, high-volume work
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
ServiceNow experience is a plus
