Office Manager

Responsibilities
Own the daily operations of the Palo Alto office and keep everything running smoothly
Receive, sort, and distribute packages and deliveries
Manage daily lunch orders through Forkable and coordinate with food vendors
Work with snack and beverage providers; restock snacks and drinks regularly
Maintain cleanliness and organization across common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms
Set up and reset conference rooms for meetings and events
Welcome new employees, give office tours, and help them feel comfortable and at home from day one
Assist with occasional breakfast catering and office gatherings, you anticipate needs throughout the day so each meeting runs smoothly
Monitor office supplies and proactively reorder as needed
Support scheduling, coordination, and light administrative tasks as needed
Act as a culture carrier—creating a warm, organized, and positive in-office experience
Qualification
Required
You enjoy being onsite and are excited to be in the office five days a week
You take pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces
You have an esthetic eye and can identify ways to improve the office environment in alignment with our culture and company goals
You're proactive, detail-oriented, and notice what needs to be fixed, improved or executed on
You enjoy helping people and making their day easier
You can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
You're dependable, friendly, and approachable
You partner well across multiple teams, balancing needs and collaborating to ensure all groups have what they need to be successful onsite
You use judgement to prioritize the most critical needs in the office and make sound decisions

Previous experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or similar role
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
