They are seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to manage incoming leads, close projects, and generate new relationships while ensuring alignment with design intent and manufacturing realities.

Responsibilities
Manage and close inbound leads (email, text, phone)
Meet clients at our showroom and in markets like NYC
Quote and close custom furniture projects
Generate some of your own leads through designer, architect, and hospitality relationships
Serve as the primary client contact through sale and handoff to design and operations
Collaborate closely with ownership, design, and production teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in relationship-based sales (custom furniture, interior design, millwork, construction, or hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and organization
Comfort selling high-end custom work without aggressive tactics
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a small team
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
