Manage the full billing lifecycle, from pre-bill review through final invoice submission, utilizing Aderant and Pre-Bill Viewer
Prepare and submit complex electronic bills and accruals through platforms such as eBillingHub and BillBlast
Partner closely with attorneys and legal support teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely billing
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Support a high volume of sophisticated billing matters while maintaining consistency with client guidelines and firm policies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm environment, ideally Am Law 100/200
Strong working knowledge of Aderant or Elite, Pre-Bill Viewer, eBilling platforms (eBillingHub/BillBlast), and Concur
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional who performs well in a deadline-driven setting
