They are seeking an Entry-Level Estimator who will assist in preparing cost estimates for projects, working closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, specs, and bid documents

Assist with takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment

Gather pricing from vendors and suppliers

Help prepare and organize cost estimates and proposals

Track bid deadlines and project requirements

Maintain estimate files and documentation

Support the estimating and project management teams

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (construction, business, or technical coursework a plus)

Strong math, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)

Willingness to learn estimating software and processes

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Preferred

Internship or experience in construction, HVAC, or plumbing

Familiarity with blueprints or takeoff software

Strong problem-solving skills
