This role involves responsive communication, accurate record management, and providing administrative support to enhance NAUI's training programs and member experience.

Responsibilities
Answer and respond to customer and member inquiries by phone and email
Provide clear, professional written responses to certification, training, and account-related questions
Research and verify certification records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Create, update, and maintain customer service and member profiles
Receive and process customer applications, authorizations, and related documentation
Provide customers with information on NAUI products, services, and training opportunities
Perform general office and administrative duties related to customer service and training support
Support NAUI training operations through administrative and organizational assistance
Assist with the development and maintenance of eLearning content
Help create and update instructor and student training materials
Coordinate training-related documentation and records
Collaborate with internal teams to support education and training initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience or degree preferred
Currently certified NAUI Open Water Diver (ISO Level 2) or equivalent
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive communication skills with the ability to relate well to others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus, especially InDesign and Premiere Pro
Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
Must be available for occasional travel, as required
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
