The Digital Campaign Specialist will support and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to enhance the digital customer journey and drive demand for the client's brand and products.

Responsibilities
Consult on customer journey development, channel mix, and campaign artifacts including landing pages, email campaigns and flows, media placement, and keyword strategy (organic and paid)
Participate in campaign kick-off meetings to ensure clear understanding of campaign objectives, scope, and execution details
Ensure quality, accuracy, and searchability of content and campaign assets
Coordinate development and assembly of campaign artifacts including landing and event pages, emails, search ads, redirects, and vanity URLs
Consult on content and creative execution for web, email, and search ads within predefined templates and brand guidelines
Recommend data-driven, channel-specific solutions based on digital best practices
Coordinate and execute campaign launches including publishing web content, activating email campaigns, and launching search ads
Conduct A/B testing for emails, search ads, and landing pages as appropriate
Manage lead collection and delivery to regional or country CRM teams
Ensure end-to-end campaign flow, rollout, and publishing timelines are met with high quality standards
Engage subject matter experts as needed to support campaign production
Prepare and distribute campaign instruction packages for country rollouts and collect feedback or additional requirements
Monitor campaign performance and consult on optimization opportunities and application of best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital campaign tools and ecosystems
Proven experience implementing digital campaigns and channel drive-to tactics
Experience working with global, cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and user behavior
Expertise in digital campaign mechanics, assembly, and deployment
Professional experience in one or more of the following channels: Email marketing and demand generation pages/forms, Search (organic and paid), Digital or social advertising, Digital events and exhibits, Content management systems and web design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to consult on digital campaign best practices and optimization strategies
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Self-starter mindset with curiosity and adaptability to new technologies
Ability to take ownership of multiple projects and deliver high-quality results
Enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in digital marketing
Preferred
Operational experience with tools such as Percolate, Eloqua, and CMS platforms (e.g., Scrivito)
