Responsibilities

Own and optimize the end-to-end developer workflow, including onboarding, tooling decisions, documentation, and internal platforms
Act as the voice of engineer, identifying pain points and driving improvements across teams and projects
Evaluate, implement and manage best-in-class development tools, including GitHub Copilot (or similar AI Code Assistants), AI agents for developer experience, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer platforms
Partner with the Head of Architecture to align on technical standards and with the Head of Cloud to ensure cloud-native best practices
Lead the Engineering Metrics Program, defining, tracking, and reporting on developer experience and productivity metrics
Lead the Developer Evangelization Group to aid development teams in adopting new technologies and processes
Run regular feedback loops to measure and improve developer satisfaction
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing through internal events, documentation, and mentorship

Required

10+ years of proven experience in software engineering, developer productivity, or platform engineering over 10 years
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of modern development workflows, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and developer productivity tools such as Github (or similar platforms) GitHub Copilot, AI agents, and GitHub Actions
