Responsibilities
Observes gaming-related activities and ensures compliance with Nation-State compact requirements and National Indian Gaming Commission internal controls
Using independent judgment and discretion, investigates and resolves gaming-related complaints or inquiries initiated by patrons
Collaborates with Surveillance, Games and/or other departments as necessary to thoroughly investigate and resolve complaints
Verifies validity of large wins at gaming machines, Pull tabs, Bingo and Keno
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel programs
Strong conflict resolution skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 11-20 pounds
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Audit, or related field preferred
One to two years of professional experience in regulation, gaming, law enforcement or related field
An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
