Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of assigned CNC machining projects, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Manage documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management within a manufacturing or job shop environment
Familiar with CNC machining processes, materials, and workflows
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications
Experience with AS9100 regulations
