Responsibilities

Support Region Managers in Canada, U.S., Mexico, and Latin America to optimize channel partner performance. Directly manage channel partners in South America, ensuring alignment with Thermon's strategic objectives
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through channel partners
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights and improvement plans
Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to support channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed
Set annual targets for channel partners in alignment with regional goals
Review and approve all partner-related payments to ensure compliance and accuracy
Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions to protect Thermon's interests
Onboard new channel partners, ensuring smooth integration into Thermon's processes and systems
Use modern tools and platforms to manage information exchange, reporting, and performance tracking
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring clear communication and mutual success
Up to 30% travel across the Western Hemisphere for partner visits, training, and business reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing channel partners in an industrial or technical environment

Proven ability to leverage technology for partner management and performance optimization
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

MBA preferred
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
