Responsibilities

Build and grow relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and road builders who rely on aggregate products for major projects

Prospect and develop new business in expanding territories while managing existing customer accounts

Prepare bids, quotes, and contracts, negotiating pricing and delivery terms with full autonomy

Visit customer sites regularly to understand project needs and ensure proper material supply

Collaborate with operations to stay informed on inventory levels and product availability

Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM (transitioning to Salesforce) and provide timely sales reports

Represent the company professionally while promoting long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction

Required

Previous sales experience in construction materials, aggregates, or related industries

Hunter mentality with proven ability to build new relationships and grow sales territory

Self-motivated, able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision

Preferred

Strong knowledge of the regional customer base (contractors, developers, municipalities, road builders)
