The ideal candidate will assist in developing sales and marketing materials, manage client communications, and provide excellent customer service while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Develop/produce sales and marketing materials i.e.: letters of agreement, insertion orders, etc
Input print and event sponsorship insertion orders into the Salesforce system; maintain all client information in client database for billing purposes
Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal production department as main point of contact, for pre & post-sale execution of deliverables, creative etc
Ensure all proper approvals for creative, signage and event collateral are obtained
Execute and track pre/post event promotion and added value media in collaboration with internal Marketing/Events team
Responsible for general office support; distribute weekly publication to advertisers and events; maintain magazine closet storage and office copies update specific sales representative forecasting & financial reporting, create/manage Awards balloting and calendar schedule for upcoming awards slate
Work with Accounting department to follow up on unpaid invoices, prebilling, credit card payments
Manage premium print inventory in Salesforce
Produce Screenshot decks for all event sponsorships
On-site event staff support where needed
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring booking in entered in timely manner
Qualification

Preferred
1 year of office experience
Salesforce experience not mandatory but is a plus
