Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including design, sales, operations, etc
Find and secure top talent, especially at senior levels, with a keen eye for industry-specific networks
Oversee job postings, talent pipeline management, and employer branding
Willingness to learn and oversee HR essentials such as onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, and attendance tracking
Develop straightforward, effective policies and frameworks (employee handbook, performance review cycles, and WFH guidelines)
Act as a connector between leadership and the wider team, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Lead employee engagement and culture by organizing events, holiday parties, and initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of industry recruiting experience (wholesale fashion experience)
Strong organizational skills with experience building processes and policies
Prior experience in senior-level hiring
Management experience is a plus
Familiarity with HR processes—onboarding, compliance, payroll, and benefits is a plus!
Great communicator who can partner with leadership and connect with employees at every level
