Loan Partner (Bi-lingual Preferred)
CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Partner to oversee lead intake and management. The role involves direct communication with clients, realtors, and business partners, requiring strong time management and data entry skills while providing necessary training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Set, manage, and confirm all appointments for the Clients to come in and meet with Loan Officer and/or LP II for loan applications: communicate what items to bring in for appointment etc
All leads added to lead tracker, ensure follow up attempts made until appointment is set
Tracks and manages new leads and follows up on referral business
Working knowledge of CRM management and tracking (JUNGO preferred)
Assist Loan Officer with call backs to prospects that need a phone consult prior to a face to face meeting
Call and obtain conditions from borrowers and Realtors
Update referral partners on status of leads received and consistently exceed borrower expectations and Realtor/Builder expectations
Communicates with your team all information pertaining to client and/or property to meet file expectations
Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment
Manage documentation and collect application
Ability to accurately assess a borrowers income, assets, and credit
Mass emailing/postage mailers to database, and other administrative marketing tasks as required
Continue to assume responsibilities and help the team grow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
Must have reliable transportation and a reasonable commute to Flower Mound, TX
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications
Proficient in DU/DO, LP, & major Origination systems (Encompass preferred)
Proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and their guidelines, including their websites and pricing engines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a positive attitude
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision
NMLS license obtained, or willing to obtain
Preferred
Bi-lingual candidates are highly preferred, but not required
Mortgage Industry experience is highly preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of CRM management and tracking (JUNGO preferred)
