Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for buyers from first conversation to closing
Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, lifestyle, budget, and long-term vision
Present home designs, options, and communities as solutions, not just products
Manage the sales process like a project, timelines, communication, expectations, and next steps
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, buyer experience, and community positioning
Proactively follow up, guide decisions, and keep deals moving forward with clarity and confidence
Stay informed on market trends, product details, and community updates to advise buyers strategically
Maintain compliance, contracts, and documentation with strong attention to detail

Required

Have a project management, consulting, or sales background and enjoy owning outcomes
Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and consultative

Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Fair Housing regulations and compliance
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts
Prefer autonomy and responsibility over rigid scripts or micromanagement
Confident leading conversations, presenting options, and guiding decisions
Enjoy building long-term relationships based on trust and credibility
Self-motivated and thrive when given ownership and flexibility

Preferred

Real estate or new-home experience is a plus, but not required for the right mindset
