Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for plant end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Dell laptops, including OS, imaging, and peripheral connectivity
Support and manage iPhones, including device setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and mobile application support
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Zebra scanners used for inventory, production, and logistics operations
Install, configure, and support network and local printers, including label and barcode printers
Diagnose and resolve plant-specific hardware and software issues, working closely with operations, production, and warehouse teams
Perform device provisioning, replacements, upgrades, and decommissioning as needed
Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information in the IT ticketing system
Coordinate with corporate IT, vendors, and service providers for escalated issues
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and plant safety standards
Provide basic end-user training and guidance on supported systems and devices
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in end-user hardware support, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
Strong working knowledge of Dell laptops and Windows operating systems
Strong working knowledge of iOS devices (iPhones)
Strong working knowledge of Zebra scanners and barcode/labeling systems
Strong working knowledge of printers and peripheral devices
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
