The Marketing Coordinator Intern supports the Marketing team with planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and marketing initiatives, focusing on event logistics and operational support for various meetings and trade shows.

Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, including internal meetings such as the Global Sales Meeting, industry trade shows for Amlan International, and specialized meetings for the Fluids Purification division
Support logistics for events including hotel room blocks, registration tracking, attendee coordination, and on-site support
Coordinate ordering, tracking, and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise for events and marketing programs
Assist with sourcing and coordinating catering, restaurants, and off-site event venues
Communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, hotels, and event partners to ensure accurate execution of event requirements and timelines
Provide general marketing and administrative support to the Marketing team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and collaborative approach
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Previous internships, campus involvement, or project experience related to marketing, events, or communications
Familiarity with project management or event tools
