Senior LeveliMethods is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the analysis, optimization, and ongoing management of operational and technology solutions. This role will focus on gathering requirements, translating business needs into system enhancements, and supporting product roadmaps.

Responsibilities
Serve as a Business Analyst supporting assigned technology platforms
Partner with related stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze product requirements
Translate business and operational needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Support product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and enhancement initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on configuration, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution
Analyze system performance, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for optimization
Prepare and deliver regular status reports, including progress updates, risks, dependencies, and timelines
Support testing, validation, and go-live activities for new features or enhancements
Maintain product documentation and ensure alignment with healthcare regulatory and operational standards
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience gathering requirements and supporting healthcare system implementations or enhancements
Ability to produce clear, concise status reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a hybrid, local work setting
