Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front counter, assisting internal customers and handling supply requests
Provide exceptional customer service at the front office
Assist officers at the front office with equipment and uniform issuance
Perform inventory management tasks including receiving, stocking, tracking, and reconciling inventory items
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders in a safe and efficient manner
Lift, carry, and move boxes and equipment as part of daily warehouse operations, including climbing ladders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space through routine housekeeping duties
Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory records using Excel and warehouse systems
Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and label makers
Follow directions and established procedures with precision and attention to detail
Additional duties as assigned

Required

Proven experience in front counter/customer service roles, and warehouse operations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse personnel
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable and punctual; able to consistently meet the 7:30 AM start time
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a warehouse setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Ability to understand and adhere to the duties, methods, and procedures required by the position
High School diploma, required
Microsoft Excel knowledge, required
Excellent written and verbal communication, including being able to read penmanship, including cursive
Ability to pass a law enforcement background check
