Responsibilities
Collaborate with a global team of skilled engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of cloud and identity access management (IAM) platforms
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms that support critical business applications and services
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, implement automation, and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
Lead discussions with stakeholders, analyze trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and CloudWatch
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, for automation and data analysis
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS) and their services
Familiarity of IAM concepts such as SSO, authentication, authorization, privileged access management and identity governance
Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Understanding of security principles and best practices in operational environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems, particularly GitHub (e.g., repositories, pull requests)
