Present the vision. Eloquently explain every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge. This means leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentation prowess
Rock a can-do attitude. You can anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks throughout any stage of the creative process. No time? No problem!
Be a core contributor. You’re part of the inner circle and responsible for the health of the Creative department. That means finding ways to grow new business, leveraging industry insights and further developing our clients’ brands as well as our own. Easy as pie, right?

All other duties as assigned
Responsible for and oversee their respective department
Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
Book of strategic and beautiful work
Management and supervisory skill set
Sense of humor
Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Sketch and Adobe XD know-how
