Prepare and manage the learning environment; align objectives to learner needs; deliver and facilitate training
Build and maintain the training environment; develop instructional content
Apply evaluation strategies and learning analytics
Communicate status updates and partner effectively with teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs, must have extensive in-person and virtual software training
Ability to travel as needed to New Mexico
Preferred
ERP training experience (Infor)
LCMS experience
