Responsibilities
Develop and implement a differentiated brand strategy that strengthens market positioning and aligns with Cove Brand’s vision, mission, and values
Ensure clear, consistent brand messaging and cohesive application of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints
Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior shifts to maintain brand relevance with a focus on the health benefits and flavors of Cove Drinks
Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans across digital and retail to drive brand growth engagement, which will ultimately drive traffic and conversion
Oversee the brand and creative department, driving break through creative and content and ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution
Drive demand generation through disruptive marketing strategies and high-impact content creation
Lead the development of bold, innovative campaigns that capture audience attention and elevate brand presence
Execute a compelling creative vision across digital, print, video, and social media platforms
Ensure cohesive storytelling through brand messaging, visual identity, and content creation
Collaborate with brand partners to deliver compelling creative product campaigns
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, events, and activations
Encourage the team to explore new formats, technologies, and creative techniques that resonate with evolving customer preferences
Measure creative impact and use data-driven insights to refine strategies for maximum engagement and effectiveness
Leverage consumer insights to inform content, campaigns, and brand engagement
Lead marketing initiatives to drive market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Enhance customer loyalty and advocacy through breakthrough IP partnerships, creators, brand ambassadors, and engagement programs
Present creative concepts and strategies to executives and stakeholders for feedback and approval
Partner with Operational, Paid Media, Retention, and other E-Commerce partners to optimize digital strategy and drive revenue growth
Partner with VP Retail Sales to set and execute retail marketing programs that help drive distribution and velocity targets
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring proper resource allocation and prioritization based on highest impact
Provide mentorship, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative, innovative culture for team members
Act as a player-coach, leading by example and rolling up sleeves where needed to drive execution
Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging innovation and adaptation based on market insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about pop culture, health and wellness, lifestyle trends
Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and customer insights & data analytics
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling concepts
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about creativity and innovation with a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive attitude
