Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements)
Manage contract lifecycle processes, including intake, review, redlining, execution, and storage
Partner closely with procurement, sales, finance, and business stakeholders to support contracting needs
Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk frameworks, and approval workflows
Maintain accurate contract records and support reporting and audits as needed
Assist with contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist, Contract Manager, or similar role
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Coupa)
In-house legal or corporate environment experience
SaaS, technology, or regulated-industry contracting experience
Process improvement or legal operations exposure
Experience working with cross-functional global teams
