Responsibilities
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract compassionate caregivers and nurses
Building partnerships with community organizations and CNA schools and attending job fairs to identify top talent
Creating, updating, and placing job ads while managing outreach efforts through multiple channels
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and commitment to our mission
Maintaining clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics to improve our approach and ensure high-quality hires
Conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires feel supported and aligned with our values
Qualification
Required
You have a background in recruitment or extensive experience in healthcare staffing
You're a strong communicator, comfortable with building connections and influencing candidates
You're organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively
You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable attending community events
