Responsibilities
Report to the WSE System Design and Architecture Manager supporting system design for both United States Government and existing/future Foreign Military Sales contracts
Participate in system level design reviews and performance interchange meetings for future capabilities
Interact well with peers, leadership, customers and subcontractors
Support technical discussions, and communicate in a clear and concise manner
Take the initiative to support the WSE organizations goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field and/or equivalent experience
Understanding of overall system engineering process
Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) design and analysis
Experience modeling complex systems with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with generating 6DoF trajectories and/or Missile Defense System threat modeling
Experience with CONOPS development
Medium or high fidelity simulation experience
System performance assessment tactics
Scripting with Python, Matlab, Unix, Linux, Shell, Bash, C++, etc
Ability to define and detail solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to the customer
Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
Knowledge of AGILE process
