Responsibilities
Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, reimbursement, decision support, accounts payable, payroll, budget, financial analysis, and treasury management functions
Lead estimation processes to ensure accurate revenue projections
Serve as a financial liaison to other departments; provide training and support on finance-related topics
Direct financial and capital budgeting, including long-term strategic planning
Oversee development and maintenance of financial systems and reporting tools
Coordinate external and internal audits
Manage vendor relationships and ensure data consistency across systems
Support revenue cycle management and provide data for strategic initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA required
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and team leadership
Public accounting audit foundation required
Experience with financial systems, cost management, accounts payable, and payroll platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit or healthcare environments preferred
Background in complex, multi-source funding environments a plus
