Corporate Payroll Specialist

They are seeking a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis
Ensure accuracy of payroll data
Respond to inquiries regarding payroll
Update and maintain accurate records of employee payroll information
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
Prepare and distribute reports to management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience processing payroll
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
High level of organization
Able to work under tight deadlines
Competent with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to work within a team setting
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Experience with ADP
