Director - Commercial Operations, Aftermarket Parts
Morgan Olson is the leading walk-in van body manufacturer in North America, producing over 7,500 vehicles annually. The Director of Commercial Operations for Aftermarket Parts is responsible for overseeing and directing the sales efforts, profitability, and growth of the aftermarket parts sales, ensuring alignment with company strategies and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Align with the COO, SVP and VP, Sales and Marketing to execute Morgan Olson’s priorities and strategies for aftermarket parts sales
Develop an aftermarket parts sales strategy and associated action plan to further develop that segment of the business for improved customer experience and profitability
Ability to identify critical business to support the continuation of a long-term aftermarket parts program while communicating cross functionally for support and execution on required tasks and initiatives
Interact with customers and sales team members to align on specific needs and plans to resolve
Assist with development of pricing, rebate programs, and contracts
Identify critical metrics that illustrate performance of aftermarket parts program performance and overall customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of commercial fleet vehicles and supporting aftermarket parts and experience including, but not limited to the following:
Aftermarket parts sourcing, fulfillment, sales, contract knowledge and business negotiating experience in an OEM environment
Prior experience managing a P&L
Thought leader with the ability to present new ideas and plans to improve and grow parts sales
Highly effective oral and written communications, presentation, and influencing skills
Prior experience with commercial fleet vehicle sales or commercial aftermarket parts sales
Have strong CRM skills
Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional dialog at every level of both the Morgan Olson and customer organization
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Minimum of five years of customer service and/or parts sales operations
Minimum of five years in a leadership or managerial role
25% travel across US and Canada
Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities
Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time
Creative, hands-on problem solver that brings new ideas to the table
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audience
Good follow-up capability
A team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred
Successful experience building and scaling a omni-channel parts business in preferred
Previous experience with Salesforce preferred
