Business Development Representative
Kollective Group is a fast-growing Smart IoT Device and SaaS company based in New York City, helping Healthcare Facilities Managers streamline compliance and operations. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to prospect, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of their customer base in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to get the conversation started
Lead Generation: Create new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Qualifying Opportunities: Do your research, understand customer pain points, and figure out if they’re a good fit for our client’s solutions
Building Pipeline: Partner with the sales team to keep the pipeline strong and moving
Relationship Building: Connect with key decision-makers and help them see the value in what our client offers
Tracking Metrics: Keep your CRM up to date and stay on top of your numbers
Learning & Growing: Stay current on the latest industry trends, sales tactics, and product updates
Qualification
Required
6 months to 1 year in a B2B sales development or similar role (bonus if you've worked in facilities or healthcare)
A process-driven, data-minded approach to sales
Comfortable using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals
Preferred
Experience in a startup environment is a big plus!
