1+ years expProTrans is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their FP&A department. This role will focus on variance analysis and reporting, identifying cost and expense trends, and delivering insights to senior management.

Responsibilities
Accuracy, efficiency and innovation tracking trends across full P&L
Monitor and analyze monthly variances, providing detailed explanations and reports with recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with department heads to understand spending trends and ensure budget adherence
Support financial forecasting and scenario planning for strategic decision-making
Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, highlighting significant trends and variances
Assist in preparing presentations for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Board of Directors (BOD), Executive Leadership meetings and adhoc requests
Prepare monthly tax and auditor standard reports and provide support during financial audits
Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating financial models and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1+ year of experience in finance, logistics or related areas
Strong proficiency in Excel
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and present actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English
This position requires the ability to perform statistical analysis of customers, suppliers and internal information
Preferred
Data analysis experience is preferred
