Responsibilities
Execute motion graphics and animation for client advertising and video content
Edit interview-based and short-form video content for ads, websites, and social platforms
Apply creative direction, templates, and feedback from senior team members to refine deliverables
Collaborate with producers, editors, and designers throughout the production process
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and high-quality standards across all deliverables
Stay current on motion design and video editing best practices
Learn and appropriately use emerging tools, including AI-assisted workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of relevant professional experience in animation, motion design, or video editing
Strong foundational knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of basic animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling
Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and learn through iteration
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve
