Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence related to family law matters (divorce, custody, support, and related issues)
Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, and mediations
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Organize and review financial documents and discovery responses
Ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court rules
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience as a paralegal in family law
