Responsibilities

Perform Capability/Feature Design for Arbitrary Waveform Generation
Develop system requirements and translate them into detailed design packages
Prepare briefings for customer working groups and PDR presentations
Perform software development including requirement explanation, Q&A handling, and performance analysis of feature implementation to gauge whether the feature is complete and meetings design expectations
Create and coordinate team meetings, sprint planning and reviews, retrospectives and standups
Verify backlog readiness for planning and execution
Identify and champion resolution of impediments
Track and report team agile metrics

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects
Experience in overseeing and/or monitoring technical cost and schedule performance
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Preferred

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience with Battle Management Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (BMC4I) systems, Radar Systems, or signal processing techniques
Experience with developing, documenting and maintaining processes, methods and tools
Experience developing technical solutions to complex issues
Experience working with MATLAB, C/C++, Ada, Java or DOORS
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance and/or requirements development and design of system level software architecture
Experience with radar system concepts; detection, discrimination, track and signal processing algorithms and their behaviors and performance
Experience with the development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors and analysis tools in support of analyzing radar requirements and performance
Experience in using AI/ML and signal processing in database and algorithm design and enhancement
Prior military service
Experience interfacing with customers and leading technical solutions to meet user needs
Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related discipline
