New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Glider is seeking an Entry Level Data Analyst to join their team. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to provide business insights and create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirements
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
Present insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
Basic understanding of data modeling and databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or product analytics tools
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
Prior experience in IT services, product companies, or analytics consulting
