Originate mortgage loans (purchase + refinance)
Manage your pipeline with the support of processing + operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
Follow up with leads, collect documents, and structure files
Provide exceptional client experience from pre-approval to closing
Stay current on loan products, guidelines, and market trends
Optionally grow into a •team lead• or •branch owner• role
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience as a mortgage loan officer
Ability to take and structure a complete 1003
Strong communication + relationship-building skills
Motivated, coachable, and consistent
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
