Responsibilities
Lead project management for creative visual merchandising initiatives from initial planning through final execution
Serve as the primary producer for photoshoots, managing timelines, resources, and final deliverables
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand vision
Oversee schedules, budgets, and workflows across concurrent creative projects to maximize efficiency
Ensure clear communication, alignment, and on-time delivery across all internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success as a Creative Operations or Creative Project Manager
Strong experience specifically within visual merchandising and photoshoot production
Experience across multiple areas of consumer goods creative is a strong plus, especially regarding managing overlapping production cycles
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a consistent 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule
Preferred
Candidates within commuting distance of New York City
Local candidates may be asked to provide on-site assistance for 1–3 photoshoots per year
