Responsibilities
Accurately maintaining family accounts
Provide the highest level of customer service to our families
Take on additional duties if need be during times when support is needed
Qualification
Required
A background or degree in accounting, business management, or related field
Proficient writing and interpersonal skills
Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable with collecting tuition and past-due payments
Ability to concentrate on many tasks at a single time
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in child-care management
Knowledge of state licensing
