Responsibilities

Use AI-powered sales tools (like Orum) to efficiently connect with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more
Research accounts and personalize outreach to generate high-quality leads (AI tools help with this)
Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and cadences
Manage and update CRM HubSpot with detailed prospect interactions (AI tools help with this as well)

Required

0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or other fast-paced environments
An energetic and personable phone presence—you're comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and enjoy meaningful conversations
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage professionals across channels
Hunger to learn, grow, and crush goals
Excitement for—or curiosity about—sales enablement tech (Orum, SalesIntel, Fathom, etc.)
Organization, resilience, and a positive mindset—you know how to bounce back
Interest in SaaS, startups, and building things from the ground up
Bachelor's (Required)
English (Required)
Ability to Commute: McLean, VA 22102 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: McLean, VA 22102: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Preferred

Have used Orum or similar AI dialers before
Understand B2B SaaS or are eager to learn
Have experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
Are active on LinkedIn or understand social selling
SaaS: 1 year (Preferred)
B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
