Responsibilities
Act as Tech Lead providing architectural guidance and technical direction
Own end-to-end solution design, development, and delivery
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
Lead code reviews and mentor developers
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and cloud-optimized
Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and AWS services
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution
Qualification
Required
Green Card and US Citizen only
Strong experience with .NET, with .NET 8 preferred
Advanced proficiency in C#
Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade backend services
Strong experience with Angular 17 or higher
Building responsive, modular, and maintainable UI components
Integrating Angular applications with RESTful APIs

Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation programs is a plus
