Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor-provided services such as cleaning, security, and HVAC
Lead construction and renovation projects from planning through completion, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage core administrative services that keep daily operations running efficiently, including supervising administrative staff and overseeing reception, mailroom, office services, and supply procurement
Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate records while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies, while leading emergency preparedness planning and drills

Required

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
At least five years of experience overseeing facilities and administrative functions, including direct people leadership
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong working knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and vendor management
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and facilities management software
