NOYZ is looking for a self-motivated Product Development Intern to support day-to-day execution across fragrance development, packaging, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
Help track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
Support fragrance evaluations, organize submissions, and document all feedback
Maintain organized product development trackers, briefs, and internal files
Coordinate shipments, label submissions, and maintain organization by project in the office
Assist with packaging development by tracking components, samples, and approvals
Coordinate sample shipments and manage incoming samples
Help update packaging specs and documentation
Support communication between operations and external partners
Prepare meeting recaps, action items, and status updates
Help ensure teams stay aligned as projects move forward
Keep trackers, calendars, and documentation accurate and up to date
Flag open questions, risks, or delays to the team
Support process improvements and internal organization as the brand scales
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in development, marketing, beauty or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong deck building skills
Interest in product development
