Key Account Manager Retail (Northeast U.S.)

Bridor North America is a global leader in frozen artisan bakery and pastry, seeking a Key Account Manager to grow Tier 2 retail grocery supermarket accounts along the Eastern Seaboard. This role involves developing partnerships with corporate buyers, driving sales growth, and managing brokers for select accounts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Northeast Sales Director to set ambitious sales goals and develop targeted plans for Tier 2 retail grocery supermarket accounts
Drive sales growth in your territory through strategic account planning and broker engagement
Identify and develop new accounts across retail grocery chains and club stores
Lead and energize our broker network to achieve sales objectives and expand Bridor’s presence in the market
Serve as a trusted partner to corporate headquarters buyers in bakery and deli departments within retail grocery supermarkets
Deliver strategic solutions that support category growth and strengthen Bridor’s brand in-store
Work with Marketing, R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth new product launches and meet customer needs
Track performance against goals, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies based on insights and customer feedback
Attend trade shows, product demos, and other events to promote brand visibility and generate new business opportunities

Required

5–15 years of experience
Strong Relationship Builder: Experienced working with corporate buyers and brokers in retail grocery supermarkets, bakery, or deli channels
Proven Sales Track Record: 5–15 years of experience in private label and CPG sales with retail grocery chains, preferably with a focus on bakery, deli, or in-store bakery
Growth-Oriented: Looking to take your sales career to the next level by growing this territory and achieving measurable results
Organized and Results-Driven: Persistent and proactive in following through and achieving sales targets
Strategic Thinker: Ability to turn market intelligence into actionable, effective sales plans
Excellent Communicator: Skilled at influencing, negotiating, and building relationships at all levels
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently while collaborating with the broader team
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
Travel-Ready: Willing to travel frequently across the Eastern Seaboard; must be based near a major airport
Fluent English required
