Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts to launch and grow a new territory
Create and execute a strategic plan for market penetration and referral growth
Build strong partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations
Increase brand visibility through networking, events, presentations, and targeted outreach
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for rapid growth
Conduct daily outreach to referral sources and professional partners
Attend community events, health fairs, and industry networking opportunities
Manage referral pipelines and maintain accurate CRM documentation
Achieve monthly referral and admissions targets
Follow up promptly on inquiries and new referral opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, community relations, or healthcare management roles
Proven success in building business relationships and growing territory or referral networks
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in home health, home care, senior care, or healthcare operations
