Responsibilities
Lead high-priority strategic projects that solve complex business problems and align with KHov’s long-term goals and strategic plan
Turn strategy into action by building clear implementation plans and driving them through to results
Drive cross-functional collaboration by leading and influencing teams that span divisions, corporate functions, and leadership levels—ensuring alignment, ownership, and execution at scale
Partner with senior executives, including the C-suite, to shape priorities, support decisions, and maintain alignment
Manage change across the organization, helping teams adopt new processes, behaviors, and ways of working
Qualification
Required
Comfort with ambiguity/abstract reasoning; ability to structure complex issues and make them simple to understand and communicate
Extensive experience gathering, translating, and analyzing data into understandable takeaways
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Proven experience in managing collaborative teams that work cross-functionally
Experience leading strategic transformation, process improvement, and large-scale projects or portfolio management, including change management and cross-functional execution
Broad functional exposure across areas such as strategy, business development, supply chain, product development, marketing, sales, operations, and project management
Qualitative and quantitative pattern recognition to identify opportunities
Creation and application of frameworks to diagnose problems and move discussions forward
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Asana, Microsoft Teams, Miro, and others
Ability to create and hold space for trust, open discussion, and psychological safety
Preferred
Master of Business Administration or related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Operations)
8-10+ years of experience, including 5 years post MBA in roles focused on strategy, transformation, or operational leadership
Significant background in client-facing Strategy/Management Consulting or comparable experience in corporate strategy or transformational function
