Account Manager/Bookkeeper

The Accounts Manager is a frontline management role responsible for accurately maintaining family accounts
Our ideal candidate must be able to provide the highest level of customer service to our families
It is imperative that this individual is diligent in their attention to detail and is an expert at communication
We are looking for a team player who will take on additional duties if need be during times when support is needed
Qualification
Required
A background or degree in accounting, business management, or related field
Proficient writing and interpersonal skills
Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable with collecting tuition and past-due payments
Ability to concentrate on many tasks at a single time
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in child-care management
Knowledge of state licensing
Sales experience
