Responsibilities

Working with sales leaders to identify and qualify prospective clients
Reviewing and evaluating client benefit plan design and administration requirements
Determining the appropriate solution and scope
Responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Working with sales leaders on non-RFP prospects and proposals
Working with the sales and delivery team to prepare for prospect and client meetings
Supporting development and maintenance of proposal answers, assumptions and other proposal collateral, as needed
Supporting development of contract documents
Work with client account leaders to create opportunities to introduce Via Benefits solutions with clients
Stay up to date on the latest developments in spending account administration as well as Individual Marketplace model

Qualification

Required

Four or more years' experience with spending account administration. Preference for experience with the Benefits solution
Working knowledge of various accounts and benefits including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Lifestyle Accounts (LSAs), commuter benefits, and tuition reimbursement plans
Polished and well developed written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong organization skills and an ability to prioritize and direct many competing projects
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Ability to travel as needed
Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members within the Individual Marketplace business and in other lines of business and at all levels
An undergraduate degree is preferred
