This internship offers hands-on experience working with the Community Impact team to streamline processes and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Community Impact team, partnering across the organization to support business operations, communications, and BIG initiatives
Assist the Cultural Impact Specialist and Lead in creating documents to streamline the processes of the department
Qualification
Required
Full-time student in a 4-year (BA, BS) in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Developmental and Organizational Leadership, Psychology or related fields
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
Be legally authorized to work within the U.S
Excellent written/verbal communication
Strong critical thinking, organizational and planning skills
Social Medical and Marketing skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft365
Preferred
Experience with non-profit organizations
